“CommercialistiAvvocati” denotes a professional collaboration network bringing together dottori commercialisti and esperti contabili (Italian chartered accountants and accounting experts) and lawyers. The dottori commercialisti are enrolled with their respective professional body (ODCEC); legal services are provided by lawyers enrolled with their respective bar associations, on a collaborative basis. Each professional works in accordance with the code of conduct of the professional body to which they belong.
