HOW IT WORKS
By prior appointment only: you download the free Supremo software from the official website and read out the session code during the phone call with the professional.

With remote support a professional from the network can guide you directly on your own screen: filling in forms, digital signature, cassetto fiscale (the taxpayer’s personal area on the Italian Revenue Agency portal), electronic invoicing, installing certificates. You see everything that happens and the session ends when you close it.

The software used is Supremo, which may be downloaded free of charge from the official website only: supremocontrol.com/download-supremo.

GOOD TO KNOW
Beware of scams: no one from the network will ever ask you to install remote-control software during an unexpected phone call or without a previously agreed appointment. If in doubt, end the call and contact the firm using its official contact details.
