Housing Plan: the decree converted into law — what changes after publication in the Official Gazette

With the conversion into law of the Housing Plan decree, published in the Official Gazette, building simplifications and new rules for residential recovery come fully into force: leaner procedures for changes of use and for works on existing buildings, with the aim of expanding the housing supply.
